Admission Procedure

  • Students can apply online through Gujarat Common Admission  Services portal (a portal of education department, Govt. of Gujarat) for admission in B.A./ B.Com./ B.Sc./ B.Sc. (Home Science)/ M.A./ M. Com./ M. Sc.

  •  Admission will be strictly on merit basis.

  • Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Specially Abled will be as per government norms.​

Documents Required

Following documents are needed at the time of admission:

  • 10th standard mark sheet (original + photo copy)

  • 12th standard mark sheet (original + photo copy)

  • 12th standard school leaving certificate (original + photo copy)

  • Marksheets of Bachelor Degree (for admission in Master Courses)

  • Attempt certificate

  • Caste Certificate for SC/ST/EWS/BaxiPanch (NonCreamy Layer)/Spcially Abled

  • Provisional Eligibility Certificate from students other than GSEB Board

  • Affidavit in case of academic break.

  • No AIDS and Police Clearance Certificate for Foreign Students

  • Which subjects are available for specialisation in Arts?
    Core Course: Gujarati, Hindi, English & Economics. You can opt any one for specialisation. Generic Elective: Computer Application, Indian Culture & Sanskrit. You can opt any one from this group Except the Group selected in Core Course. Skill -Enhancement Elective Course (Group : A): Computer Application, Sanskrit & Indian Culture. You can opt any one from this group. AbilityEnhancement Compulsory Course: General English & Sanskrit. Both are compulsory.
  • Which subjects are available for specialisation in Commerce?
    AbilityEnhancement Compulsory Course: English & Business Communication. This is compulsory subject. (A) Core Compulsory: Financial Accounting – I & Business Organisation & Management –I. Both are compulsory. (B) Core Allied: Computer Applications in Business-I, Business Mathematics & Statistics -I. You can opt any one from this group. Skill - Enhancement Elective Course: Environmental Studies.
  • Which subjects are available for specialisation in Science?
    Core Course: Chemistry or Microbiology. You can opt any one for specialisation. Core Subjects: Physics, Botany, Mathematics Ability Enhancement: Functional English is compulsory subject. Skill Enhancement: Environmental Studies
